KSS took to this massive job of reaching out to the poor under the able guidance of Shri H K Mohan Kumar, our co founder, All the people behind KSS, right from the trustees to the working members are bound by the spirit of seva and work selflessly to achieve the mission of the organization. The volunteers under the guidance of the seniors and trustees work tirelessly for the betterment of the underprivileged. KSS is managed by a team of people from divergent walks of life who have sworn to devote their life for a selfless cause thereby justifying the old adage of 'daridra narayano bhavah’ (We see God in the poorest of the poor). This includes businessmen, philanthropists, software professionals, educationists and citizens who felt the urgent need to reach the unreached, underprivileged brothers and sisters of our society.

• Empower women in such families for economic self reliance.

 KSS strives for bringing the slum dwellers to the main stream of the    society through cultural integration and social upliftment.
